Honoring the founder’s roots in Santa Marta, this piece is a tribute to the Arahuaco people — an Indigenous community from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a sacred mountain range on Colombia’s Caribbean coast.
For centuries, the Arahuacos have seen themselves as protectors of nature’s balance, living in harmony with the Earth they call the heart of the world.
Amia, means “women” in the Arahuaco language. In their philosophy, women hold a fundamental role: they represent the Earth — the one who gives, nurtures, and makes life flourish.
The design evokes roots, mountains, rays of sun, and open arms — symbols of origin, connection, and energy.
The Amia Earrings are a two-in-one design: they can be worn as simple studs for an understated look, or with their full form for a more sculptural statement — even mixed asymmetrically, one double and one simple.
Handcrafted in 24k gold-plated bronze and adorned with raw Colombian emeralds, the Amia Earrings honor the wisdom of Indigenous peoples who have always lived in respect and connection with nature — and the woman, in Arahuaco belief, as the root that nurtures and sustains all life.
